SCAM!!!

Very cheap, low quality products! Do not buy!

The order came from China and took 3 weeks! This was never mentioned anywhere before or during the ordering process!
All 3 pairs came in a cheap plastic bag, no boxes.
Very very poor quality of the products, very narrow, flimsy straps, the sole squicks and it is deformed! The color of the green sandals is not as advertised! Sandals cannot be worn at all.

Asked for a refund and they refused, I was offered only 20% of the order value instead of full refund!
I was asked to send the products back to China for full refund - that would be more expensive than the products themselves. Apparently they cannot accept returns to their London address, which they only advertise on their website to create trust on customers and increase their scam chances.
Take your crapy products back and offer full refund as per the UK law.
Thieves!!!

Will report this company to the Citizens Advice consumer service and Trading Standards.

This is not a UK company. Products are shipped from China and very poor quality. When you try to return anything their customer service department will try everything to persuade you to keep the goods. If you continue to refuse their offers they then inform you that YOU have to pay anything between £30-£50 for shipping and customs fees back to their warehouse in China and your package could get held up or lost during transit and only after they have received the goods and inspected them which could take 60 days you may get a refund. Total intimidation!!! Avoid these cowboys

False returns policy beware… you will be required to send sandals back to china (not from their Eden London shop front) for a refund at your cost! They will also take weeks to be delivered.
Completely nisleading returns policy and I intend to dispute my purchase and not be slienced by a token partial refund offer.

I am utterly disappointed with my order. It is strange that you are asking me my opinion even before my parcel is delivered but I already have plenty of bad instances to report back. Firstly the delivery time explained on your website is inmisleading. Secondly the website gives the impression that the orders are shipped from within the UK but they are actually shipped from China, not great finding out this at the first attempt if tracking. Thirdly your customer service is very unhelpful. I tgink that’s enough reasons for bot ordering again. But I am still looking forward to receiving my order and wishing that it will be of high quality and not a waste of my £40.

Warning - the returns process is not easy!! You have to pay to have the item shipped back to China. Don't buy unless you're 100% sure you want the item.

Absolutely hideous service ordered on 13th July still have not recieved sandal for over £40 they keep giving me fake tracking details and are now not responding to my emails they are scammers don’t purchase from them
