Women's Chunky Sandals with Cushioned Insole and Adjustable Strap

Requested a return against £27 pair of sandals and was refused offered £3 refund instead or keep and order again with delivery of “free” pair at my expense £13?? 🤷‍♀️. Company calls themselves London and address on website is London but return will again be at own cost to china in order to get refund.
False advertising and terrible customer treatment. Will not recommend to anyone I know.

Horrible shoes. Extremely cheap looking with a disgusting chemical smell. Jump through hoops to get a refund, have to pay return postage, a third of the cost of the shoes! Currently going through my credit card company in an attempt to get full refund. Product is not that shown in photo!

Flimsy.The buckle on sandle is unsafe and keeps opening up, making it risky to use. The buckle us defective

Long delivery time, poor communication, sandals arrived, no shoe box at all,.they were just bundled up with a bit of bubble wrap into a plastic bag, i paid £45 for these platform sandals im shocked !!!@!,I've only worn them 1 day and they have stretched so much they now fall.off very poorly made will not buy from here again , just awful

Very pleased with these sandals so comfortable thinking of buying another pair in a different colour, also helps with plantar fasciitis which I have in one foot.

Modern and on trend, look good, not sure quality reflects the price, feel like they may last the season but not much beyond. Comfortable and stylish though.

Do not buy from this company. Poor quality and sent the wrong size but will not give a full refund for removing the incorrect the size.

The sandals are very small
They took ages to come and I am still waiting for a means to return and get a refund. Very disappointing purchase
